Work Schedule: Days, 8 hrs/day, 8am-4:30pm, M-F

This position is estimated to
last 8 – 9 months in length

The temporary Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for Material Management Information
Systems (MMIS) Tier I and Tier II Support.

This will include the following tasks:

  • Monitor the online
    help desk.
  • Update user accounts, passwords, and create new user accounts.
  • Assist end-users with daily system issues,
    challenges, and training.
  • Monitor system processes to be sure applications are running as expected.
  • Monitor daily
    reporting for issues and alerts and perform system updates and changes if needed.
  • Data and table updates.
  • The Analyst must
    be comfortable assisting end-users via phone, Zoom, and email; understand systems workflow, and possess proficient analytical
    problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in
    Application Support
  • Strong analytical problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self starter.
  • Organized excellent verbal and written communication and high attention to detail.
  • Must possess proficiency in the use of
    computer applications such as: Zoom, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
