Stacey Solomon has shared an Easter hack perfect for parents. Taking to her Instagram Story, she shared her day’s activity with her youngest son Rex, 2.
The Loose Women star shared a recipe from her book Tap To Tidy for ‘ Easter Chocolate Pots’ and wrote “Me and Rex got my book out this afternoon and had some Easter fun.” She shared a clip of Rex crumbling chocolate cake into flower pots with a huge smile on his face.
The star wrote “Spoons at the ready! Just crumpled chocolate muffins in a seed pot with a snow ball bunny bum and some carrots. So easy but Rex loved it.” In the clip, Stacey showed Rex assembling the pots by adding the muffin crumbs to pots and placing a snowball treat on top.

Stacey then finished the pot off by adding white chocolate buttons and a white sweet on top to make the creation look like the bum of a rabbit digging for carrots. Rex then placed a carrot into a separate pot and grabbed a spoon to tuck in. “Bunny bums digging for carrots,” Stacey wrote, “the carrots have seen better days to be honest. But it made Rex so happy.”
And in the next clip, she zoomed in on Rex as he tucked into the pots but decided to only eat the carrots and wrote “Rex is enjoying the carrots more than the cake.” Rex is Stacey’s youngest son and one of her four kids. His father is Stacey’s fiance Joe Swash and the two also have a daughter, six-month-old Rose. The couple have been together since 2016 and are due to get married this year.
Stacey also has two sons from previous relationships: Leighton, 9 and Zachary, 14. Joe also has another child: Harry, 14. The family lives in Pickle Cottage, a house they bought in 2021 and have been renovating ever since. Stacey shares frequent updates of the renovations and her family’s life with her 5.1 million followers.
