ANN ARBOR, MI – University of Michigan personnel are now barred from retaliating against those who report or help investigate misconduct, according to a new university policy.

The Protection from Retaliation policy, effective immediately, expressly prohibits acts or threats of retaliation, which includes actions that either directly or indirectly affect employment or educational prospects for the reporting party.
