St. Augustine Records reported that 80 students at Bartram Trail High School in northeastern Florida changed their yearbook photos without consent to hide their exposed shoulders and low neckline.
A school district spokesman says the school’s yearbook coordinator, who is a teacher, decided that the photo was out of the dress code and made some of the edits.
Some parents and students have previously complained that the district dress code is sexist.
