Two local teenagers face charges after being pulled over in Oelwein.

Police officers pulled over a vehicle at about 12:20am, shortly after midnight Saturday (May 22), in the 10 block of 6th Street SW.

19 year old Jaclynn Miller of Independence, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Alcohol-Under the Legal Age.

The other occupant of the vehicle, 19 year old Ashley Guyer of Oelwein, was charged with Possession of Alcohol Under the Legal Age.
