Observability specialist New Relic has enhanced its partner program with the introduction of New Relic Partner Stack for cloud providers, channel partners, managed service providers, and technology partners.
Partner Stack includes training and accreditation programs, marketing campaigns, personnel support, and sales tools and resources.
Partner benefits include eligibility for: co-marketing opportunities; deal registration, margin and renewal discounts; product trials; sales tools and training; technical support and resources; technical and sales accreditations; observability campaigns; and support from partner development managers and partner engineers.
New Relic’s research has found IT decision makers often see a lack of resources and skill gaps as barriers to observability success. Partner Stack is intended to overcome this by helping partners to realise their customers’ business value.

It gives our partners more flexibility to help their customers accelerate the adoption of observability, and deliver on key business initiatives such as cloud adoption, application modernisation and digital customer experience,” said New Relic APJ senior director of alliances and channels Stewart Cochrane.
