1] Update Microsoft Edge

If the problem is occurring due to a minor bug, updating Microsoft Edge will fix it. To check for updates in Microsoft Edge, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click on the three dots on the top right side
  3. Select Settings
  4. Or you can open the edge://settings URL in a new tab.
  5. Select About Microsoft Edge from the left pane.

To view the version number of Edge, open Edge settings and select About Microsoft Edge from the left side. You will see the version number of Edge there.
