Indians are trying to find their way around the rising prices of fuel that is spiking literally every day. While many are trying a cheaper way of commuting, some are trying carpooling with friends and family.
A man came up with one such carpooling solution or a ‘desi jugaad’, that has left netizens laughing really hard.
A video was shared by Madhya Pradesh Congress MLA Jaivardhan Singh on his Twitter handle where he showed this unusual carpooling method. “When the government took petrol and diesel to the sky, the public made a new jugaad airplane,” JV Singh tweeted in Hindi.
सरकार ने पेट्रोल-डीज़ल को आसमान पर पहुचाया तो जनता ने भी नया जुगाड़ हवाई जहाज बना लिया.. pic.twitter.com/YvnjzdS1uP

In the video, a man is riding a motorbike that has wing-like wooden planks attached to it with a bunch of people sitting on them with crossed legs. As he drives with not two, not three but as many as nine other riders on a road in a rural area, he balances the bike with the weight of his companions and moves in an aeroplane motion.
Netizens couldn’t help but feel impressed and also laughed hard seeing this unconventional jugaad.

Even though this seems pretty funny, none of the people on this motorbike is wearing a helmet. This could not only lead to an accident but also a gross violation of traffic safety rules.
What do you think about this?
