With autumn in full swing, fashion and footwear brands are rolling out some of their most anticipated collaborations. Gucci has launched its Aria collection featuring “hacked” elements of Balenciaga. The Italian fashion house keeps itself busy, following up with its fashion and gaming crossover with Microsoft Xbox. Elsewehre, UGG and Telfar continue to release their Fall/Winter 2021 collection, this time with items in cotton candy pink and blue. Rick Owens DRKSHDW and Converse return with an avant-garde iteration of the Chuck Taylor, while NOAH and adidas reunite for two vintage-inspired running shoes.

After revealing the collection back in April, Gucci is finally launching products from its “Hacker Project.” Showcased as part of the Alessandro Michele-helmed brand’s Aria collection, the pieces feature “hacked” details throughout. Balenciaga’s logo is laid on top of the GG monogram on apparel pieces, while iconic handbags such as Gucci’s Jackie 1961 and Balenciaga’s Hourglass are reworked with details following the same theme.

Release Price: $27 to $380 USD, on Telfar’s website.

Continuing their ongoing partnership, UGG and Telfar have dropped a wide range of fall-ready items spanning apparel, accessories and footwear. The duo have updated the Shopping Bag with fuzzy shearling details, which are also spotted on the Logo Mini boots, hoodies, robes, sweatpants and more. Standing out from the release are designs dressed in cotton candy pink and blue hues.

Rick Owens’ collaboration with Converse continues with black and white iterations of the DRKSTAR Chuck 70. The silhouette is a punk-inspired take on the Chuck Taylor, which is highlighted with an extended tongue and dimensionalized toe cap. Arriving in both Hi and Ox constructions, the footwear designs are accompanied by a co-branded cap and backpack.

Fashion meets gaming in Gucci’s newest collaboration with Microsoft Xbox. According to a press release, the collection features “100 numbered sets” of a custom Xbox Series X console, which is emblazoned with the double-G monogram pattern throughout. The full pack arrives in a hard case inspired by Gucci’s archival luggage.

NOAH and adidas have joined forces once again to design a capsule range inspired by running. Arriving in tonal brown and white/yellow/green colorways, the Lab Race silhouette is constructed with a mesh and suede upper. The Vintage Runner, on the other hand, borrows details from a vintage track spike silhouette from the 1980s.
