Elite ServiceNow Partner Edgile Releases ArC Q1 Update | #microsoft | #microsoftsecurity

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Edgile, an Elite ServiceNow partner and leading cyber risk and regulatory compliance consulting firm, today announced the quarterly release of its Automated Regulatory Compliance (ArC) content service for ServiceNow that includes the most recent regulatory updates as of Q1 2021. Edgile’s award-winning ArC service delivers more than 550 harmonized laws, regulations and industry standards and automatically loads them into the ServiceNow GRC policy module.

The Q1 content update adds 22 new authoritative sources to the ArC Master Library, including expanded financial services-related guidance through Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) controls, plus the most recent Cloud Security Alliance CCM v4.0, Microsoft Office365 CIS Benchmark and International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC) 27018 publications. The Q1 release also features two transportation-related sources that govern railroad control systems and requirements –– 49 U.S.C – Subtitle V (Rail Programs) and 49 CFR Part 236.

“It’s no longer a simple conversation about risk and what has moved to the cloud,” said David Deckter, Edgile Partner. “All organizations need to understand the risk of what’s left behind on-premises—in addition to what’s moving into and across multiple clouds— while tracking, understanding and applying regulations that continue to shift at national and state levels impacting business operations. Edgile’s ArC service Built on Now, delivered as a ServiceNow app, provides our clients the critical information they require about the laws and regulations that impact their business.”
