An activity of publicizing cybersecurity was launched in Pingqiao Community in Dongxing District, Neijiang City, Southwest China’s Sichuan Province, on September 14, to mark the annual China Cybersecurity Week, a national week-long publicity campaign which falls on September 14-20 this year. It aimed to raise local residents’ awareness of online safety.


During the event, relevant cybersecurity knowledge were popularized to the locals through display boards, on-site consultations, interactive games and prize-winning competitions, in a bid to help them avoid online risk and strengthen individual information protection while surfing the Internet.
