Law360 (February 17, 2021, 9:58 PM EST) — A California man pled guilty to intentional damage to a protected computer in California federal court on Wednesday, admitting that he logged into his former employer’s concessions management account for Earthquakes Stadium and sabotaged all point-of-sale transactions during a soccer match, federal prosecutors and the FBI announced.

Former Spectra Food Services and Hospitality employee Salvatore A. La Rosa, 41, was fired from his role with the stadium’s concessions contractor in January 2020, according to the charging documents from the October case.
