Jeff Lanza spent over 20 years at the FBI, tracking and investigating organized cyber crime. In a joint interview with Nathan Steiner, Head of Systems Engineering ANZ, Veeam in conversation with ETCIO, talks about the growing number of ransomware attacks and how the dark web continues to proliferate the sale of these attack tools for anyone to use.

Lanza also talks about the challenges the FBI and other law enforcement agencies face when trying to catch cyber criminals given the limited coordination between agencies.
